This policy has been created using the structure and reference of the CJdropshipping Refund & Returns Policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong product was received
  • The product is missing parts or accessories
  • The item was not delivered within the expected delivery timeframe
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To request a return or refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please email us clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Include your order number and description of the problem
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days after delivery

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Minor packaging damage caused during shipping may not qualify for refunds.

This process is based on the CJdropshipping dispute and damage handling policy.


3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • Wrong size or color
  • Missing accessories or parts

  • Photos of the item received
  • Order details
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Send the correct product
  • Resend missing parts

4. Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  • Please contact us before opening a payment dispute
  • We will investigate the shipment with the courier partner
  • Refunds or replacements may be issued for confirmed lost packages

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier may require additional verification before approval of any claim.

 


5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Customized, personalized, or special-order products cannot be canceled after payment.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must include original packaging and accessories

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Store credits may be offered in some situations

Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days after approval.

  3. Contact your credit card company
